How do we do it?
Our simple work process
1. Evaluate
Our team will look at property, evaluate each well, model out future potential in order to estimate the future value of your mineral rights.
2. Offer
Once we finish the evaluation, you will receive an offer letter with all the terms and conditions. We will take all the time needed to make sure you understand the details of the offer.
3. Due Diligence
Once you agree to the terms, Perthshire will conduct a title examination, in order to confirm your ownership.
4. Closing
Once the Due Diligence step is completed, we will move to closing where you will sign the deed and we will pay you the agreed upon lump sum.
